Apologies if this has been asked but I couldn%26#39;t find the info. We are looking to go to Versailles to see the gardens, picnic, and go biking, but not so interested in going to the chateau. We are planning to visit early June on a Friday and I know the gardens are free then. My question is, are there separate lines for going to the chateau vs. just entering the outdoor garden area? How does it work? Thanks in advance!

Bicycle rentals are available at St Anthony gate.
You can just go into the gardens and grounds, and avoid the Chateau. It%26#39;s all on here:
