Sorry this is a boring post - especially after reading the one for %26quot;The one thing you learned from your first trip%26quot; that was great and very useful.
Anyway, two of us are travelling to Paris on 8 May. We are planning to take RER from CDG and metro to hotel.
We plan to take RER, via Gare du Nord, to Denfort-Rochereau and then take metro to Boissiere or Kleber:
1) can we reach Denfert station without changing train at Gare du Nord?
2) does this way of doing the trip sound OK or would be better getting metro from Gare du Nord with one change?
I%26#39;m a bit uncertain about taking taxi as I know 8 May is a holiday and I believe there%26#39;s a parade on the Champs Elysees.
Any help would be great.
Thankyou

Hi NellMart. According to my Metro map mousepad, it does indeed look like you do not need to make a transfer; the RER B stops at Denfert-Rochereau. Were you to take the Metro from Gare du Nord, you%26#39;d be making at least two correspondences, from the looks of it. Good luck!

Thanks for the reply. Also noticed the Air France shuttle goes to CDG Etoile. It looks as though we could then take metro from here, just two stops? Is this shuttle recommended?
Thankyou
