Wedding in South of France

Hi there - just wondering if I could get some advice from those of you that have got married in the South of France. I would like somewhere thats near the sea but also has a rural feel too as I would love it to be on the grounds of a private home/small chateau.. Has anyone any ideas or has experience in weddings in this vast region, all advice welcome.. thanks in advance..

The residency requirements restrict many from marrying in France so few may be able to help.
