CDG airport to Saint Lazare

I know its been asked before, but a while ago, so maybe transport options might have altered. We need to get from CDG terminal 1 to Gare Saint Lazare, would really appreciate the easiest way, (other than taxi), to get there please. All answers greatly received. Thanks.

I reckon the best way, other than taxi, is to take the RER, which are the suburban trains. RER B goes from Terminal 1

There are a few stops (i.e., it%26#39;s not a direct express train), and you%26#39;d have to connect to the Metro (line 14) at Chatelet-Les Halles.

1. You can take RER B to Gare du Nord and change to RER E going to Gare Saint Lazare (last stop on the line called Havre/Haussmann)

2. Take Roissy bus to Opera and then short walk (if you have little luggage) - easier than RER since no change and a true airport bus with storage for luggage etc.

With all due respect, I think the CDG %26gt; Chatelet/Les Halles %26gt; Metro Line 14 route is the best. The RER and line 14 platforms are adjacent to each other at Chatelet/Les Halles and escalators are available for the entire transfer. RER-E isn%26#39;t really a direct connection between Gare du Nord and Gare St-Lazare but it is a connection.

Fantastic help. Thank you both so much. I knew I could rely on Tripadvisors for their help.
