Hote Welcome Room types

I can%26#39;t find much in the way of description of the room types. I%26#39;ve seen pictures of some rooms, but I don%26#39;t know WHICH room types I%26#39;m looking at.

Does anyone know the difference between their %26#39;comfort%26#39; rooms and %26#39;superior%26#39;rooms? Between jr suites and regular suites.

Has anyone stayed in the front view %26#39;comfort%26#39; rooms? How are they?

Thanks

Hi there

We stayed in a front view superior room a couple of years ago. It was small, but we were on a corner and had 2 doors leading onto 2 small balconies. One overlooked the harbour and one overlooked the square next to the hotel. We looked in another room on our floor - it was much bigger but only had the one balcony. At the Welcome you are paying for the location - there was nothing wrong with our room, it was clean and had everything we wanted but it was small and the decor was a little bit %26#39;tired%26#39;. But as I said it is the location that is fantastic and we are going again this Summer. Hope this helps, you will have a great time.

My wife and I have just returned from the Welcome it is a great Hotel. We stayed in room 38 it has 2 balconies one to the side one to the front overlooking the Sea, very very nice!

This is a superior room.

Junior suite on first floor very nice and Suite on 4th floor we asked to see them while we were there for future ref.

Junior suite cheaper and much better!

However room 38 or 48 we reckon are the 2 best rooms for views and space.

Comfort rooms would be OK just have side views though.

If you want any restaurant recos let me know!

Hope this helps

Restaurant Chez Michel in the square next to the Hotel. Very good fish and all food very well presented, also good value.

Mere Germaine on the sea front very good but pricey.

If you go up the steps into the old town behind the Hotel there are many good value places to eat and some loveley old town locations.

Also worth getting some Provence Rose and bread/meats/cheeses from on eof the small shops in town and having a great evening people watching from your own balcony!

%26quot;Wine Pier%26quot; bar at Hotel very good as well.

Hope you manage to go and enjoy if you do!
