I saw the article..I loved the pictures of the puffed up french fries!! I%26#39;ll be in Paris in a few days and plan on going to the Relais de l%26#39;entrecote for my 22 euro all you can eat steak with their secret tarragon butter sauce!

Bittman also wrote another great NYTimes article a few years back; %26quot;Does the Affordable Paris Bistro Still Exist? Oui%26quot;. He reviews 5 or 6 very good affordable spots.

Relais de l%26#39;entrecote is my favorite ever. Love that restaurant. Every time I go to Paris I eat there.

is it really all you can eat? can anyone tell me where it is?

Sadly, it is not all you can eat. I went there in 2006 and 2007 and the waitress only gave us seconds. The secret sauce is addictive.
