First time to France and can%26#39;t figure out this info on line. Does anyone know when the dates are for the jazz festival in 2008 and where you can purchase tickets? Also, which hotel would you choose that is nice,worth the money and close to a nice beach, public or private:
Le Meridian Garden, Hotel Eden or Hotel Pre Catelan. Open to suggestions. Thanks

The dates for the Jazz festival this year are 11th-20th July. You can get tickets at the Tourist Office in Antibes, accueil@antibesjuanlespins.com or 04 97 23 11 11. There is no mention of who is performing yet, but as soon as acts are confirmed the tickets sell pretty quickly.
Can%26#39;t help you with hotels except to say that the Meridien is right on the beach and is of a good international quality, very convenient.

If you are looking for a hotel right on the beach, I would suggest, le Merdien Garden Beach or Belles Rives. Another choice but not on the Beach is the hotel Grand Pavois (Best Western) 5 min walk to the nearest beach and a nice Piano Bar
