Hi there
We are staying at the hotel Les Sterilittzas in Juan les pins on the for a week in July. Has anyone any info on this hotel and what is the best method to get there train or bus.

Les Strelitzias - Juan-les-Pins
(after Bird of Paradise flower)
Best way:
Bus Route 200 for Cannes via RN7 (Slow) Runs from Terminal 1 (use free navette between T2 and T1 if necessary) via St Laurent du Var, Cros de Cagnes, Cagnes/Mer, Villeneuve Loubet (Marina), Biot (Gare/station), Antibes, Juan les Pins %26amp; Golfe Juan. Cost €1.30
(Warning: not recommended to use this as a way back to the airport unless leave masses of time - traffic can be horrendous and risk missing flight is high)
Second best way:
Make your way on foot to Nice St Augustin station SNCF and pick up a stopping all stations train to Juan-Les-Pins station. Its not brilliantly signposted and is about a half kilometre walk round the back of the Arenas office complex. from Terminal 1. One or two trains an hour, not recommended very late at night - Cost about 4 euros
Easiest way :
Step into a cab, open wallet, and repeat, %26quot;Juan le Pins, help yourself%26quot; - (50 - 60 euros actually)

The bus will take about an hour.
In July it will be very crowded and very hot and it will feel as if it%26#39;s a lot longer than that !

Hi there
bus 200 stops at 22.00 (not sure at the height of the Summer season) from Nice airport.
After that time it%26#39;s the train from Nice St Augustin. As highlighted in a previous reply, it%26#39;s not a pleasant area to either walk to the train station or wait for a train (there is usually a guard at the train station).
The most viable option late at night is a taxi and the cost is more than Euro 50-60 - I%26#39;ve done this journey more than once and you need to check/discuss the price prior to leaving the airport. The cost for 2 passengers is between 60 and 70 (after 8pm) more expensive if there is more than 2 passengers. The alternative is to book a chauffeur service (taxi service) in advance and it works out cheaper. I did find a company who charged euro55 for the same journey, however you need to book in advance.
