Holiday Help

I am thinking about renting a holiday apartment in Nice for last week in July and first week in August. 6 Boulevard Gambetta, 06000 Nice.

Can anyone help me with location and is this in a nice spot etc and good for a central holiday.

I would say you are 5 minutes walk from the Promenade/beach, about 2 minutes from a supermarket, and 10/15 from the many bars/restos in the Pedestrian area, about 20 minutes from the old town.

There are several small bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity along with many shops/boutiques etc, the area is quite residential but good imo.
