Food and shopping at Beauvais airport?

One more quick question :)

Having traveled Ryanair many, many times I know that at some of their airports there are a lot of shops and food chains and in others none.

So which is Beauvais? It doesn%26#39;t say anything about these things on their website..

Are there food places or am I better off buying something before I board the bus from Paris?

Any shopping for cheap alcohol and perfume? :)

it%26#39;s an hour to anhour and a half outside Paris, there%26#39;s a shuttle bus to the city centre.

there are food places there which do serve hot food. it%26#39;s nothing to write home about but it%26#39;s not offensive

there are shops there but they are fairly small, with a limited range. if you aren%26#39;t too fussy you%26#39;ll be fine but if you desperately want perfume x or wine y you may be disappointed.

Beauvais is a moderately sized %26#39;..regional..%26#39; airport that also serves Paris.....so you really can%26#39;t expect much in the way of restaurants, shops and services. Most of the flights into and out of BVA are intra-EU so %26#39;..duty free..%26#39; shopping will be limited. Restaurant and food services will also be limited. There is a RELAY H CAFÉ (a combo-deli %26amp; convenience store)-- relay.fr/indexFlash.php#relay/enseignes/2194… --which will probably be your best shot at food services. For the rest, it will be typical %26#39;airport fast food%26#39; (no one dies from consuming it...well...almost no one). There is a small %26#39;duty-free%26#39; shop that will offer a limited selections of liquors, perfumes and assorted other merchandise...but it will scarcely be confused with a %26#39;..grand magazin..%26#39;.

At least there will be something..

Even though it isn%26#39;t %26quot;taxfree%26quot; the way it used to, buying alcohol in european airports is ALWAYS cheaper than here in Sweden (where it%26#39;s very expensive)
