What are the two or three best/most famous restaurants in Lyon for a completely decadent experience. Let%26#39;s assume money is not a factor.

In Lyon try Nicolas le Bec and Les Terrasses de Lyon (Villa Florentine restaurant). I am not sure Bocuse is the kind of experience you look for.
In the close region:
- I recommend Régis et Jacques Marcon restaurant at Saint Bonnet le Froid; you may spend the night there.
- Pic in Valence: more interesting since the chef is the daughter, Anne-Sphie Pic (one of the rare women to have 3 Michelin stars)
- and the %26quot;classic%26quot; Troisgros in Roanne
