Where will we collect our park passes

Hi,

My family are travelling to DLP in July on Eurostar I booked everything via an internet travel agent and we are staying at the Disneyland Hotel. I am just wondering will our passes be waiting for us at the Hotel. All I have received from the travel agents is an e-mailed hotel voucher which it says to present to Reception upon arrival. Is there anyway I can contact the Hotel directly to confirm our booking and find out about the passes.

We travelled to DLP on eurostar last year and stayed at the Disneyland Hotel and we got our park passes on board Eurostar but if you don%26#39;t get them onboard don%26#39;t panic because with some companies you get them in the hotel when you check in.

During the Easter holidays the packages (including a kids pack) were being handed out in the departure lounge at the Eurostar terminal at Ashford.

Friends of ours travelled a short while ago and got theirs on the train accompanied by Disney characters. We weren%26#39;t so lucky at Easter.

Hey,

Effectively you can book the %26quot;Disney Express%26quot; which takes care of your bags and gives you your park passes %26amp; coupons etc purchased. so that you can go directly into the park without passing and loosing time at the hotel ! go directly into eith of the parks and start having fun straight away !!!

You should be able to purchase this option with your Travel agent it shouldn%26#39;t be too late !
