I will travel from Paris to Milan, and is considering which transportation is better. The price for budget airline and Train is almost the same. Is that good to spend 7 hours 30 minutes to take trains for the view on the train? Or just fly to the Milan by 1.5 hours? But consider the total time to spend on flight, it will be almost spend me 4 hours (to Paris airport and waiting + from Milan airport to city center)

I would fly, however, you should be aware of the baggage restrictions/charges on the budget airlines. These can make the cheap flights much more expensive. If you are over the baggage weight limit, you have to pay in cash-Euro.
Obviously, on the train, you do not have the problem of baggage, so your choice may depend on just how light you pack!
