Location?

Please could anyone tell me if this is a good location,

As far as location is concerned is very central to Juan les pins (opposite the train station) and approx. 5 min walk towards the beach.

It%26#39;s a one way street (direction beach to train station) and cars parked along one side of the street (this is the norme in Juan les pins as the streets are rather narrow and car spaces at a premium)

We are thinking of renting any apartment there, will it be close to supermarkets, cafes, bars etc?

5 min walk to a supermarket however, you%26#39;ll find a few corner shops around the train station (bakery, butcher, rotisserie etc)

Cafe %26amp; Restaurants 5-15 min walk (depending where you want to spend your time) - Bear in mind that restaurants can be found in either the centre of Juan Les Pins or along the beach front. Beach front: from the hotel Meridien to the restaurant Mon Bijou )at the either end) it can be 15-20 min walk and restaurants all along the way.

As you can read it%26#39;s so central that everything is 5 min walk around you.
