a week in paris

I will be staying for a week in paris in mid august, i will be coming from brussels and i will stay at my bf%26#39;s mom. i was wondering how much cash i should have for the food and sight seeing, i suppose i will be having breakfast at my bf%26#39;s mom, so how much will dinner and lunch cost me for a week and a visit to the Eiffel tower and a few museums? Will 700 euros be enough? less or more?

Yes 700 euros should be ample for meals and incidentals------- but how long is a piece of string?

Thx alot, i just wanted to know how much to put aside so i won%26#39;t spend my money in brussels and not be able to go to Paris.

Should be enough if you don%26#39;t do alot of shopping. Lunch can be as cheap as 2-3 euro for a crepe from a stand, less than 5euro for a sandwich. Dinner meals in a cafe 15euro and up. Menus are outside restos. so you can check them out before you commit.

List the museums you want to see and check on the museum pass site to see if buying a pass is worth it. The Eiffel is not on pass.

A carnet of Metro tickets (10 for 11.? euros)will get you around the city combined w/ walking.
