St Laurent de Condel

I have been offered the opportunity to stay in the Suisse Normandie village of St Laurent de Condel which is approximately 20 km south of Caen. Although I am reasonably familiar with the region, I don%26#39;t know and have not been able to find any information about St Laurent de Condel. Is there anybody who can tell me what sort of a place it is?
